RFQ submissions through our website are non-binding requests for quotation. We will provide quotes within 48 hours for standard items. Acceptance of quotes constitutes a binding agreement subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale.

All prices are subject to confirmation and may vary based on exchange rates, supplier availability, and market conditions. Payment terms will be specified in the quotation. We accept USD, EUR, and ZAR via EFT.

Lead times provided are estimates and may vary. Delivery terms (Incoterms) will be specified in each quotation. Comparia is not liable for delays caused by customs, suppliers, or force majeure events.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Comparia (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Comparia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.
